Your Emotional State is the Key

Everything influences your emotional state. You can lead a contented life or a life journey filled with obstacles or difficulties. This largely depends on how you handle of your own emotions – whether in the past or in the present.

Every person in the world surely has to deal with a wide range of human emotions at some stages of his or her life, probably due to some unexpected events in their life. And no one can evade from these events. So how we deal with our emotions and how we response to them is probably the biggest challenge we have to face in our lives.

Staying on this, how can we project a better state of emotion when the situations happen? To start with we need to realise that for our ancient ancestors emotions were a matter of life or death, when they felt fear the body was primed for fight or flight it was that simple. With modern man and woman our fear hopefully is not life endangering as before but our body is still primed like our ancient relatives were.

Hence, when you sense something emotionally, the right way would be to practise some form of control and listen to it and understand the situation really well, like what’s causing this to happen. Try to remain calm and let the emotion dissipate.

You need to understand that no one can make you feel anything or anyway that you do not want to feel, this is a hard one to attain but with practice you can become better. The most challenging kind of negative emotion one can have is ANGER which is highly destructive and energy sapping. Look at countless occurences of crimes that happened, aren’t they happened due to anger in one’s mind? Learn how to control anger for the good sake of people around you.

I don’t want you to become a zombie with no emotions or no reactions to anything, you will always have emotions that’s what makes us human but by trying to take control of them instead of them taking control of us we can become a much happier human being in our family at work or in society as a whole.

There is a famous saying which goes by the following –

“Cancer is a disease of the Mind, Body and Spirit, a proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. anger, unforgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit, learn to relax and enjoy life”
