Spiritual self-esteem affirmations have a very important section in our every day livings. Positive affirmations can “re-coil” your brain and give you a sense of happiness, the energy that can assist you working out the challenges you meet. Each morning when you get up select one of these self-esteem affirmations. Say it to yourself during the day as many times as possible. Read it with impetus and power. You can change the affirmation daily or you can stick with the one you enjoy. Let it soak into your brain to full it up with positive, encouraging power.

Why shall it be the morning? Because you are peaceful. You did not start to worry about the big hurdle in front of you and if you are reminded about these positive self worth affirmations first you ignite positive feelings right at the start of the day and you get more confidence throughout the day too! You will experience the improvementpositive change in your attitude. Your body, mind and soul will reflect this kind of feeling as well. If you are developing positive thoughts you can achieve everything while on the other hand by festering negative patterns you will most probably achieve zero.

I recite these self-esteem affirmations to get going in the morning. You may want to check out Louise Hay for daily positive affirmations she updates at her internet site. I find it very useful as there are a lot of self esteem quotes as well like “As I say yes to life, life says yes to me.”

– I am the best out there.

– I am delighted and outstanding.

– I have the capability to do everything.

– I deserve to be happy

– I am a great communicator

I was always figuring it out when people pop the question: “How are you?”- What’s the actual intention? Or this is just a simple hook to begin a chat. Try to surprise them. Next time reply them a radical answer and check out their reaction to it. Reply them with something like this;

– Perfect! It would be a faily tale if it’s any better.

– Wonderful! I am right at the top of the world and I bring you up there.

– I am in paradise. Let’s us have a beer with me up here?

Doesn’t it sound better than saying; I’m oks? They will probably giggle at you or think that you are crazy. But, there’s nothing wrong to be a bit crazy sometimes, isn’t it?

“There’s only one corner of the universe you can be certain of improving, and that’s your own self”(Aldous Huxley)

“Be the change you want to see in the world.”(Mahatma Gandhi)

Developing self esteem is challenging work. But you can transform it to be more fun by utilizing the resources that are available for you. Let’s see how you can recognize when you have healthy self-esteem. There are many self esteem spiritual affirmations books for you to reference, all written by motivational experts.
