Edit this text   Most often men find it hard to seek for a mens dress shirts that can exactly fit them. The problem often goes with body of the shirt where it is too wide for you. But, like anything else this has a remedy.  He may do it by himself using the basic materials for sewing or he can pick up the design and style he wanted and and have it tailored fit in a shop.

Sewing needle, thread (similar color with the shirt), pins (preferably with heads), scissors, tape measure, and a sewing machine are the basic materials needed for sewing.

First, get the measurement of your most fit dress from your closet.   Now, compare the measurements form there to your new dress shirts.  Allow half inch of the measurements to make room for the running stitches, use pins to mark the regions where you need to sew.

If you do not have any clothes that has a good fit on you, measure your body instead.  Then compare the measurements on the chosen dress shirt. Always make an extra half inch for the stiches so the shirt does not fit too tightly on your body.

Secondly, sew those areas manually to temporarily secure the measurements. Then, wear the custom dress shirts on and check for any mishaps. Make some changes if you feel uncomfortable.

Lastly, if you are done with it and the measurement fits exactly as you like on your body, then it is time to finalize it. Get your dress shirts done with a sewing machine. Passing through the draft you have made. Sewing machine can give your tailored shirts a neat, and durable finish on the cloth.
