The second step to regain trust in a relationship is to always be honest . Your body language can make you a lier. . And when it comes to trust in a relationship you have to be able to trust in order to receive trust. So, trust the people close to you with your true feeling and concerns.

Sharing can open the doors to deeper communication with the one you love. If you don’t voice what is important to you, how will you ever have your needs and wants met? This will also open the door for your partner to share their needs and wants with you. This is vital in creating a healthy intimate relationship.

Step four. Step four is to say “NO” once in a while. I know it sounds silly but how can anyone respect you if you say yes to everything they ask for? Also saying “NO” will help to regain trust because it lets your partner know that you are being truthful. When you do say, “yes” you mean it, and your partners has the comfort of knowing when you say, “yes” that it is something you want to do for them.

The fifth and final step is growth. Growth is a very important in giving and receiving trust. You have to be willing to grow. Sometimes that means dealing with past mistakes or the lack of good judgment. In order for you relationships to blossom even more and gain the trust and respect of your partner, learning from the past gives you a chance to grow in the future and put the past behind you.
