3. Pat yourself lying on your back whenever you make a move right, either for your self or for someone else. Get in the habit of approving yourself. So, from this idea alone, you will strive to make correct choices in whatever you do, thus allowing your approval scores will probably be high. Imagine how different you may feel when you approve yourself frequently? You internal voice of encouragement is indeed strong you just have to do it and you may find out for yourself of the huge good success which will be the end result.
