		<description>What I noticed right away is that the reasons you&#039;ve been motivated to lose weight before were external factors (ie: your sister&#039;s wedding)

The only true way to be successful at anything is to make sure that your reasons for doing something are coming from within, not from the external world.

Example: 
Wanting to become a doctor because of a strong desire to help people, as opposed to making your parents happy.

Wanting to lose weight because you truly want to be healthy, not because external factors are pressuring you to do so.
