i want to lose weight but… i don’t have enough self-control and motivation.please help.?

i’m 17 yrs.old(girl) i eat light breakfast but at lunch i get hungry and eat a lot also in the mid afternoon.sometimes i eat a lot breakfast and light lunch but eat a lot again at dinner or snacks. what should i do?? and can jumping ropes help me lose weight? how many minutes should i jump?

unfortunetly self control and motivation is the part we cant help with…. we can help you with your diet and your workout routines but something lika that is just something you have to bring to the table

but once you find that and you WANT to play the game well be there to help

jump rope do help you lose weight do around 30-60 mins a day earlyer in the day and that should help boost your metabolism during your day

Eating a light breakfast in the morning actually slows your metabolism down and that is why you are so hungry at lunch. Eat filling and nutritious foods that take your body a longer time to digest. This will keep your body energized longer and keep you full longer. High in protein and fiber foods are good breakfast foods. I know exactly what you mean..

Eat a good breakfast in the morning. Its the most important meal. Sooo a boiled egg, some fruit maybe an oatmeal packet. Eat a before lunch snack if you feel necessary for example Crispy Minis or a yogurt. Have a sandwich with mayo or lights mayo yummy stuff tomato, lettuce, salami, a slice of cheese and maybe some baby carrots and strawberries… Afternoon snack if necessary then dinner something yummy but in moderation. Moderation is so hard, I am trying my best. I just buy healthier alternatives and have a bit when I feel I want it. And I also workout!… Anything Cardio… so yes jump rope would work but a half hour of it :p

Sounds like you just need to kick start your metabolism. Try eating five or six times a day rather than two or three. But make the meals much smaller and make sure they are healthy. Or you could just try cutting down your portions and eating more fruits and veggies. There are also several different supplements that can assist you with weight loss. This site lists a couple that actually worked.

I did many different program to lose my weight, but nothing worked untill I got this amazing program. It works just amazing and I lost my weight fast after I got correct program.
