This isn’t just a book, but it does have reading materials.

Simpleology has actually helped me immensely, and I’ve only been using it for a few weeks. It seems silly and campy at first, but it’s really great. The daily target praxis helps the most.

The first program is free when you sign up, and all the stuff relating to it you can download for free as well, and print it out. The second-third-etc. programs cost, but you can pay for the second one and then get a refund, and still keep all the materials.
