it is all about …
it is all about geting out of your comfort zone and expanding your horizon. just kepp pushing and it worked for me. try singing a song you like by yourself then in front of people lightly but not to them and then start telling yourself i can and enjoy yourself.

People with more confidence just seem more attractive. I’ve met some girls that didn’t seem very attractive at first glance but after getting to see their high self esteem, it makes them much more desirable.

You will realize that you will look on the interent and find an acting school and feel calm and take down their details and send them an email and ask them to call you and or call them and enrol and start acting class’s enroll in martial arts and look for an organisation called outward bounnd and enroll in some course talk to teh people in these organisations. Stop thinking about it just do it.
Happiness will occur if you focus on it.

hello, i love you! i wondered if there was a way to get help. im 15 and really struggle with confidence at school. this is going to sound really stupid but at school i cant talk to anyone and i can’t look into people’s eyes. whenever i do i go red and my eyes can even swell up.
